Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Some clients come in carrying stress, anxiety, relational pain, cultural or identity-based pressure, or the lingering impact of earlier life experiences. Others may look functional on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to the person in front of me. Depending on your needs, our work may include practical and solution-focused support, deeper emotional processing, body awareness, inner child or parts-oriented exploration, and learning how to respond to yourself with more clarity and compassion.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, I focus on helping clients build small, meaningful shifts over time. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and paced in a way that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

I offer a supportive space for adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their emotional well-being, and create change that feels more aligned with who they are.

This may be a good fit if:

  • You feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from yourself

  • You are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally

  • You want more than just a place to vent and are looking for meaningful, sustainable change

  • You are carrying the impact of family, culture, religion, identity, or earlier attachment wounds

  • You want therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative, and adapted to where you are in life

My Approach

I do not believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I adapt the work based on where you are, what you are struggling with, and what feels most helpful and accessible to you in the moment.

My approach draws from several frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused work, Brainspotting, parts-oriented and inner child work, emotionally focused individual therapy, mindfulness, and body awareness. In practice, this means some sessions may focus on practical next steps and strengths, while others may explore deeper emotions, protective patterns, unresolved experiences, or how your nervous system responds under stress.

I also pay attention to whether foundational needs such as rest, safety, connection, and stability are being supported, as these often shape emotional well-being more than we realize.

The work is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced in a way that aims to feel manageable rather than overwhelming.

This is the place where you can mention modalities directly, because now you’ve first translated them into client-centered language.

Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying stress, anxiety, relational pain, self-doubt, or inner conflict. At times, you may feel pulled between your authentic self and the expectations placed on you by family, culture, religion, relationships, or past experiences.

Individual therapy offers a space to better understand what is happening beneath the surface. Our work may focus on emotional regulation, self-understanding, healing patterns rooted in earlier experiences, improving relationships, or creating more stability and alignment in your day-to-day life.

I take an integrative approach and adapt therapy based on what you need. Some sessions may be more practical and goal-oriented, while others may focus on emotional processing, parts of self that feel stuck or protective, or the impact of unmet needs such as safety, rest, connection, and stability.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more aware of your patterns, and more able to move through life with clarity, self-compassion, and intention.

Fees and Insurance

My fee for individual therapy is $135 for a 55-minute session.

I also accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem (not Blue Cross Blue Shield), Cigna, and United Healthcare / Optum. If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to check your specific benefits and coverage before beginning therapy.

I offer a limited number of private-pay appointments for clients who prefer greater flexibility, privacy, and freedom from insurance-related limitations. Private pay can be a good fit for those who want more control over how therapy is approached, documented, and paced.

Whether you use insurance or pay out of pocket, my intention is to provide thoughtful, collaborative care that feels aligned with your needs.

If you have questions about fees, insurance, or whether I may be a good fit, I welcome you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
